One of the first things I did when I began writing Ash was sketch out a map of Ash’s world. This was mostly because I like drawing maps of fantasy worlds (another thing I did during my super-geeky teen years), not because I was trying to be geographically accurate. (When you read Ash you’ll realize that the geography of her world moves around to suit my needs.)
I thought you might like to see the map, so I’ve redrawn it and added some color. Here it is:
