I will be live-blogging the Prop. 8 hearings in San Francisco on Thursday for 365gay.com! I’ll be attending the hearings, sort of, from a special viewing party hosted by NCLR at the San Francisco Public Library (across the street from the California Supreme Court), as well as the press conferences before and after.

To watch the live blog and join in with your own comments, go here on Thursday, March 4 from 9 a.m. to noon PT. Hope to see you there!

Thank you for live blogging. it made it so much easier to follow being about 7,500 miles away (the video kept buffering).
11 years of practicing law in Israel didn’t give me much advantage in understanding the legal subtleties of the arguments, but I think I understood the key points.
My guess is the decision will be in our favour, by a majority of four: Werdgor, Moreno, George and Corrigan.
You would think someone with the name Kennard would be on our side…
